Can I send artwork with Transglobal Express?

Yes, we can ship your artwork, however, there are a few things you should consider beforehand.

No matter if you are sending originals or art prints, you should always pay attention to protective packaging.

a) Polystyrene boards and bubble wrap are ideal for the protection of canvases or picture frames. Try not to create any vacuums when wrapping your artwork. Vacuums could cause the content to move around or get damaged in transit.

b) Prints or posters are best to be shipped in padded envelops or postal tubes. It always depends on the size of your picture. Remember to label to front of your parcel with the following notice: « Please do not bend.»

We would also like to remind you that we are unable to cover for any loss or damage to you shipment. The more so it is vital that your pictures are safely packaged and labelled. Please also be aware that you may be billed additional handling surcharges should you send artwork without cardboard packaging.
