Customers from Saskatchewan in Canada can now benefit from a new FedEx Express service centre in the Province's largest city, Saskatoon. The new 27,270 square feet facility will offer a wide range of courier services to local and cross-regional customers.
"Much like the City of Saskatoon itself, this new facility is designed to meet the needs of today and the opportunities of tomorrow with enthusiasm and service excellence", said Lisa Lisson, president of FedEx Express Canada.
Businesses in Saskatoon comes from a variety of industries including mining, energy, life sciences, construction, agriculture, education and transportation. FedEx first began to offer parcel services in Canada in 1981. As part of its expansion plan the company opened various new facilities in St. John's, Newfoundland and Ontario last year.
