DPD delivery services are available for both private and business customers.

Please note, pallets can not be sent on this service.

Additional costs which might apply to your shipment

A Failed Collection Charge of £8 + VAT is applicable if you are unavailable to hand over the goods when they come to collect.

If your parcel exceeds £30kg, a Return to Sender charge of £8 + VAT is applicable.

Maximum Size / Weight Allowance

The maximum length accepted on to shipments is 175cm

the maximum girth is 300cm

If the Girth is applicable, this is calculated by adding together the 2 smaller dimensions, multiply by 2 and add the result to the longest dimension. (eg 1 box 40*30*60cms = (40+30) x 2 = 140 + 60 = 200 cms "girth".)
